The Philadelphia Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute held its 10th Annual Real Estate Trends Program on April 10, 2024.
The day began with a welcome from Chapter President Carlo L. Batts, MAI of Rittenhouse Appraisals, followed by an economic update from Kali Aloisi, Outreach Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
The day continued with experts sharing knowledge and expertise on:
-Present and future applications of technology and artificial intelligence;
-Center City roundup;
-Tax credits;
-Workforce housing;
-CPACE funding.
After the day there was a networking happy hour with students from Drexel University, Temple University, Haverford College, and Lehigh University.
