The Philadelphia chapter of African American Real Estate Professionals officially launched last week, connecting African American commercial real estate professionals in the Philadelphia area. Increasing representation, opportunities, and networking are the key tenants of the organization. Rittenhouse Appraisals Principal Appraiser Carlo L. Batts, MAI is one of the 15 board members.
