Carlo Batts recently attended the Appraisal Institute’s 2021 Annual Conference. The agenda included sessions on fractional valuations, opportunity zones, capital reserve studies, and other topics, plus interaction with fellow professionals. Carlo said he most enjoyed the discussion on diversity and inclusion and planning to work with HBCUs throughout the country to increase participation.
