In his final act as 2024 President of the Philadelphia Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Csrlo L. Batts, MAI welcomed attendees and special guests to the chapter’s Holiday Party and Installation of 2025 Officers. Guests included 20 Past Presidents, and regional and national representatives of the Appraisal Institute.
In 2025 Justin Gohn, MAI, SRA will serve as the Chapter President, and Walt Krzywicki MAI AI-GRS as the Vice President. We wish them a successful 2025!
