Three organizations invited Rittenhouse Appraisals Principal Carlo L. Batts, MAI, to speak at their recent events. In May, Carlo participated on a panel at the PA Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) Housing Forum in Harrisburg. Later that month he was part of a webinar from Lambda Alpha International (LAI).
Lincoln University was the location for a third speaking engagement in June. An initiative of Mortgage Bankers Association, CONVERGENCE Philadelphia is focused on increasing homeownership among Black, Hispanic, and other diverse households.
