Along with members of the Philadelphia real estate community Rittenhouse Appraisals was happy to turn out for a hard hat tour of Philadelphia’s soon to be newest venue, Jenice’s Event and Conference Center. This is a development project of Trinity Property Advisors, a minority and woman-owned real estate firm.
In addition to being an event space for companies and organizations, the venue will also host educational activities and opportunities in the real estate industry.
