Bringing the next generation of real estate professionals is an important commitment for the Philadelphia Metro Chapter Appraisal Institute and the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter.
Members from both organizations hosted local university students for an evening of networking and friendly competition at Lucky Strike in Philadelphia. Carlo Batts, MAI is the 2024 President of the local Appraisal Institute Chapter.
