Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro has announced 81 new Main Street Matters Investments throughout the state, totaling nearly $14 million. The announcement came at the 2025 National Main Street Conference in Philadelphia, which brought together 1,500 community and neighborhood development professionals, local leaders and volunteers, focused on revitalizing main streets.
Main Street Matters is a program administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
Projects on the list include a $1,000,000 investment to the City of Philadelphia for 52nd Street commercial corridor improvement project. The full list can be found here.
