This project included two tax parcels totaling 2,193 square feet (0.05 acres).  The owner proposed a five-story, nine-unit retail apartment building measuring 10,530 square feet of gross building area including a finished basement. Rittenhouse Appraisals assisted the client with the valuation of the proposed improvements, including the “as-completed” and “as stabilized” values.
