As part of the Neighborhood Preservation Initiative more than two dozen homes will be built in the Grays Ferry and Point Breeze sections of Philadelphia, and the ground-breaking ceremony was held earlier this week. The project increases the city’s inventory of affordable housing units in these rapidly growing neighborhoods. Rittenhouse Appraisals assisted in getting this project underway.
