The Philadelphia Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute hosted its 2022 Holiday Party at Live! Casino Hotel in Philadelphia earlier this month. The event was highlighted by the installation of the 2023 chapter leadership which included Carlo L. Batts, MAI of Rittenhouse Appraisals being sworn in as the 2023 Vice President.
Other leadership members are Timothy Crann, SRA serving as President, Walter Krzywicki, MAI, AI-GRS as Secretary and Justin Gohn, MAI, SRA as Treasurer. In-coming Appraisal Institute National President Craig Steinley also attended the event.
